What payment options do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit cards and cash or checks if you purchase from our store location. We do not accept third party payments; such as, PayPal and others.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
The state of Minnesota does not charge taxes on clothing so you will not be charged any sales taxes on any of the clothing you purchase. However, on items like jewelry, hats, shoes, home décor - all non clothing items require sales tax.
Inquiring about custom apparel & gifts?
We absolutely love creating you custom products wether it’s apparel, drink-wear, accessories, promotional goods, etc. Infact, it’s probably our favorite part of this business! If you would like to get in touch regarding custom orders you can reach us via email at email@example.com!
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all of our orders within 2-6 business days Monday - Friday. If your order is custom, the turn around time is likely longer but we always communicate that with these orders!
What's the status of my order?
To check your order status, log into your account and navigate your order history. If you still are having issues, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return or exchange items that were on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know its a bummer, but at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!
Do you offer refunds?
Yes we do. If you are wishing to have an item refunded and returned, the product that you purchased must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date with the tags and receipt. The product must also not be damaged in any sort in order to be refunded. Do you have any store locations?
We do! Right now, we only have one store location where all of the magic happens. You can find at the East end of Grand Rapids, Minnesota!
